1. Making Sense and Good Use of zipForms
with Docusign and Cartavi Integration
(C) STEFANIE HAHN | WWW.STEFANIEHAHN.COM | JANUARY 2014
2. Membership Privileges
Many* of the local associations that you belong to in our area have
decided to pay for Docusign for all of their Realtor® members in 2014.
But it’s more than just Docusign, you also get a Cartavi Pro account
(now a Docusign company) that gives you cloud storage for your
transactions with an eFax and lots of cool possibilities.
My goal with this class is to show you how you can use these tools to
save time and trouble. We will talk about linking everything together
and what an ideal transaction could look it using these tools.

5. Pesky Forms
Paperless to a point.
Sellers Disclosure
Buyers Financial Information
Really want every single
form fillable? You can do it
with a Docusign template
that YOU create …
Two forms (and possibly more) that YOU do not fill out, and to make
these forms “fillable” on Docusign for your clients will not be fun …
Email the form from zipForms and ask your client to scan it and email
it back OR fax it to your Cartavi eFax to jump back into the cloud.
If your client does not want to Docusign, you always get everything ink
signed and fax the docs to your Cartavi eFax.
Your entire transaction in the cloud … paperless?
