1. Write an e-mail to me (your instructor) explaining the following:

      A. Explain the purpose for writing this e-mail.

      For all there are many young people like    students in Aizu, there are no so much
      amusement facilities. So if we found a amusement facility, we can make a lot of profits.

      B. Write a persuasive statement as to why this business type is important.

         The place where people who tired with studies and works can relax, reduce stress and for a
         change of pace.

      C. How do you plan to start this business?

      1. Found in the place where the site of the "Saty" near the JR Aizu-Wakamatsu Station.
      2. Introduce karaoke, bowling, the place which can do light sports.
      3. Tenant some fast food restaurant or cafeteria on the first floor.

      D. Explain how you will coordinate between your group members. Explain the role for each
      group member in this business.

      President: Ryo Yamaguchi
         A leader of company.
      Business section: Naoki Hirao
         Deal with other companies.
      Publicity: Junichi Fukuda
         advertising campaingn
      Planning section: Zhaofeng Liu
         Planning projects.

      E. Finally ask for my help in guiding you through any problem that you might have when l
      aunching this business.

      A. What business will you be in? What will you do?

      We will be in amusement industry. So we will found a amusement facility like "Round one".

      B. Mission Statement: Many companies have a brief mission statement, usually in thirty
      words or less, explaining their reason for being and their guiding principles. If you want to
      draft a mission statement, this is a good place to put it in the plan.

      Give happiness and relaxation to all people. And expand business of amusement in the future.

      C. Company goals and objectives: Goals are destinations - where you want your business to
      be. Objectives are progress markers along the way to goal achievement. For example, a goal
      might be to have a healthy, successful company that is a leader in customer service and has a
      loyal customer following. Objectives might be annual sales targets and some specific
      measures of customer satisfaction.

      A goal might be to have a successfull company that can satisfy all customers with our sevice.
      Aim for the top of amusement industry of sale. And to be a company that all people says
      associate the name of amusement with A.T(Our campany).

      D. Business philosophy:What is important to you in business?

      Motivation is one of most important to our business. Not only customer, money is important,
      but also employee's motivation is concern with future of company.

      E. To whom will you market your products? Your target market?

      focus on young people and all who requires amusements.

       F. Describe your industry. Is it a growth industry? What changes do you foresee in your
      industry, short term and long term? How will your company be poised to take advantage of
      them?

      I think this industry is a growth industry in several area. It will continue long term and we can
      provide better servises than other companies.

      G. Your most important company strengths and core competencies:

      * What factors will make the company succeed?

      Game center.

      * What do you think your major competitive strengths will be?

      The sports center that can be enjoyed whoever,

       * What background experience, skills, and strengths do you personally bring to this new
      venture?

      There are no so much amusement facilities in Aizuwakamatsu.
