A. How would you advertise your business to the community? Write 5 points to explain how you think the ideas / concepts will be successful. Explain how another company selling a similar commodity markets their product. First, we go to that community, then we can explain how use or how mach our products. Second, we give there people a brochure that tells about our company. Third, we hold out lecture in that community to let understand computer. Fourth, we build our other company in that community to sell products to there people. Fifth, we create computer equipment for old people, for example, product that can input some character by user's line of sight.
B. What is the job of the human resources division in a company? How will you set up such a division in your company? Write down 5 questions that you will ask a potential employee in your company during a interview. I. There are other companies for computer, but why are you going to enter our company? II. What do you want to do in this company? III. How long have you been using computer? IV. What qualifications do you have? V. Suppose you are a member of new project creating new product, what ideas will you think?
C. How will you divide the responsibility of running the company amongst your group partners? Our group person are Okuyama, Keiya, Kamiya and me. I think that Okuyama should be board member. Because he is mature for his age, we can leave important business to him at rest. And he will not take a mistake. And I think that Keiya Kato should be operator who respond to a complaint. Because his strong point is PC, he can tackle some complaint from customer. And I think that Eisuke Kamiya should be a sales job. He is brave and glib talker. So I think him have potential as a sales job. I have most guts in our group. So I should be sales job too. And there are two sales job person, we can get many customer.
D. Clearly write down the 5 different ways you will treat your potential customer with after-sales service. If something goes wrong with the product after it is sold, how will you provide customer service. Provide an example of how something might go wrong with theproduct. We have absolute confidence in our products. However, if you have defective if we can provide our best service. For example, new products and replacement. Returns and refunds. Repair business. And the exchange of different products. We also service the same way even if you receive products different from those obtained by different customers hands. We also put together the documents one by one customer claims, to take measures that will prevent the same themselves. We make the products first than to sell products to value customer relationships, customers now also offer better service always the new customers do amazing how much our company to appeal.
E. How will you study the local market and what your competitors are doing? What will be some of the methods and approaches that you will consider? Our company make new PC product. There are many company which make PC product. For example they use world wide web. It is useful for many customer to buy PC product. Because the Internet shopping can save customer to go to market, customer must feel easy to buy. I think that we should introduce similar selling. And we should go around customer house. Then we can approach our new product and if customer have complaint, we may solve it. There are many service in the Internet shopping. So we should make some service. For example, we should make it rule to make discount. If customer buy our product in the Internet shopping over 10000 yen, customer can save postage and charge for service. Thus we will found our company.
