This is a talk I gave for the Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA) Fringe in October 2010. It primarily focuses on alternative new media distribution methods but also covers areas such as distributing media in a Web 3.0 environment. There are one or two "off the top of my head" statistical errors such as Monty Python's DVD sales which I believe was 23, 000% not 30%, and apologies to Brian Solis who I called Rolis. However, towards the end of presentation, I think the Clinic session gets to the really useful stuff in mapping out media distribution plans for independent media producers. This presentation was given as my role as an Educator and is intended for educational purposes.
