2. INTRODUCTION A Global Issue! Global Warming is the biggest issue facing the world today. In the next exhibition I provide information to help you understand that the planet has been warming, and the current warming of our climate will bring major hardships and economic dislocations — untold human suffering, especially for our children and grandchildren. We are already seeing significant costs from today's global warming which is caused by greenhouse gas pollution. Let`s do something Once we all recognise we have a problem, there is a lot we can still do to help the situation. Please do something and save our only place to live: Our Planet!

4. The Greenhouse Effect on Earth What is Greenhouse Effect? The greenhouse effect is the heating of the surface of a planet or moon due to the presence of an atmosphere containing gases that absorb and emit infrared radiation. Thus, greenhouse gases trap heat within the surface-troposphere system. This mechanism is fundamentally different from that of an actual greenhouse, which works by isolating warm air inside the structure so that heat is not lost by convection.
5. Water On Earth Some of the most likely contributing factors to the origin of the Earth's oceans are as follows: The cooling of the primordial Earth to the point where the outgassed volatile components were held in an atmosphere of sufficient pressure for the stabilization and retention of liquid water. Gradual leakage of water stored in hydrous minerals of the Earth's rocks. Photolysis: radiation can break down chemical bonds on the surface.
