4. SERVICING YOUR REQUIRMENTS
Given the volume of requirements your firm expects and deserves, and the level of
administration involved in maintaining the immediate personnel requirements, NES Global
would propose to have a Team of Consultants (Recruitment Taskforce Unit) solely dedicated
to the support of your projects with a designated Team Lead. All requirements generated by
your firm will be handled by the dedicated NES Global Recruitment Taskforce Unit with
100% commitment and focus.
The NES Global Recruitment Taskforce Unit will be permanently located in NES’s Orlando
office; however will be available for regular meetings on site. This would allow your staff to
have direct access to our Team Lead and be an effective means of establishing the necessary
relationships to ensure quick feedback and meet regularly with line managers from your
company to discuss their requirements.
The dedicated Recruitment Taskforce Unit will report to Richard Tellier, Construction Trades
Consultant with NES Global who will have overall responsibility for any contract signed
between your firm and NES Global. Richard, in conjunction with his administrative staff will
ensure the Recruitment Taskforce Unit will confidently manage any requirements referred by
your company.

NES is a founder member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation)
and is also a member of ATSCo (Association of Technology Staffing Companies).
Both organizations outline specific codes of conduct that are aimed at delivering a
professional and high standard recruitment service to clients and jobseekers. NES has
integrated these codes of conduct throughout its operations - and many of the key
standards are specifically stated within the NES Quality Manual, which is accredited
to the internationally recognized ISO9001 quality standard.
Work Schedule:
o Saturday thru Friday – The first 40 hours worked, Standard-time Rate applies, any
hours in excess of 40, Overtime Rate applies. (See Invoicing section below)
o Sundays & Holidays – Double-time Rate applies for all hours worked.
Accommodation/Transportation Provisions (If Required):
o Mobilization and demobilization flights arranged/scheduled at lowest cost available
(subject to client’s notice).
o Travel time invoiced at Standard Rate for maximum eight (8) hours per day.
o Standby time; in the event the Contractor is requested not to report to work, but
remain available invoiced at Standard Rate (per Client discretion).
o Per Diem Rate (per client discretion) per day to cover meals, lodging and other
incidentals.
Background / Drug Screening (Upon Request):
NES Global will perform drug screening and back ground check, at your request, on
the Contractors prior to mobilization and randomly after mobilization at no charge to
you. We also perform post-accident screenings after any work related accident, for
cause and random screenings per our Substance Abuse Policy.
Invoicing:
o Overtime bill rate for hours worked as described above at 1.45 times the established
Standard Time bill rate (5% Discount)
o Double Time bill rate for hours worked as described above at 1.90 times the
established Standard Time bill rate (10% Discount)
o 5% admin charge (flights and car rental) if this service is utilized
o Per Diem Rate invoiced at cost per GSA rate based on Client’s needs or at set rate per
Rate Agreement & Conditions of Service.
o A minimum of 520 hours must be invoiced prior to permanent placement
