Cropping The main reason we need as much resolution as possible is for purpose of cropping If you have the right expression you can crop to get close up If you are too far back and the part of the image you want is to small you will get grainy image or out of focus image. If you are going to use on the computer or as media (tv or projection) close cropping is fine. You can use custom and not worry about print size. If you are going to print image be careful with close cropping and when you crop select print size.
