We decided to locate our Business at this place because there’s a proven demand in that area, it is a prominent night life for people, there’s existence of related industries, there’s a lot of establishment and near to the transportation hub. 19. Cowboy Grill The COWBOY GRILL is located at Remedios St. Corner Madre Ignacia Malate, Manila. It is also part of the In-Demand place for a Ktv, Disco, Bar and Restaurant establishment. It is quite near in our chosen place and we consider it as one of our great competitor.
20. Padi ’ s Point The PADI’S POINT is located at Remedios St. Corner Mabini Malate, Manila. It is one of the illustrious Bar in Malate because it already created a good impression to the people. They have now many branches all over the Philippines. However, one of our goals is to penetrate the existing market that Padi’s Point already established .
21. Rouges ROUGES Sports Bar is located at Mabini St. Malate, Manila. There are no pictures of their Bar because I was prohibited by the guard to take a picture that’s why I only pictured the street where the Rouges is located. Rouges is a sister company of renowned L.A cafe and it is one of the great competitor we have. However, we can capture its market by offering a more variety of foods and beverages, promos and by having products that has a good quality but in a LOW PRICE.
