  Our out of hours emergency service , which is manned by our own consultants ,means you can

World Direct Travel are an appointed IATA agent (International Airline Travel Association). IATA
agents have to satisfy IATA, based in Geneva, that they have sufficient financial security and bonding
to sell airline tickets on behalf of IATA airlines.




World Direct Travel holds a full ATOL license (Air Travel Operators License) ATOL holders are
required to satisfy the CAA that they have sufficient financial security and bonding to operate travel
by air from the UK.




World Direct Travel are members of the Travel Trust Association giving you peace of mind that when
you book with us you can do so with confidence in the most complete consumer protection system
the market has to offer.
5.Account Management

                                             Service Levels:

The Manager will be responsible for delivering maximum value. Working with the Finance Director,
The Account Manager will be responsible for monitoring and delivering optimum service within
expenditure permitted.

Typically, this will involve providing the Highest calibre team of staff, to be able to service the
account in the most Efficient manner.
                                               Benchmarking:

The Account Manager will review all deals and benchmark against similar deals in the market place.
The Account Manager will negotiate on your behalf for improved deals with principals where it is
found that there are better deals available.

Continual negotiations will be ongoing to ensure maximum value is obtained. The Account Manager
will also be responsible for sourcing new principals and making recommendations to you should
these be advantageous.
                                            Consultation:

The consultation service will advise on all aspects of travel and will be ongoing through out our
working relationship, ensuring the services we provide are in tune with your ever changing
requirements.
