certain symbol. Also, can be selectd and visualized orders grouped per price levels. In this
window can be easily recognized the hidden market orders, respectively one’s own orders.

The platform allows clients to launch buy or sell orders for all the shares listed at Bucharest
Stock Exchange (BSE). The users receive in real time the confirmation of placing the orders
in the trading system of BSE.
The launching of orders in the market are according to the trading rules of BSE, such as the
quotation steps, the limit of variation of the price with respect to the closing price in the
prior session, or the size of the trading lot. This removes the possibility to launch orders in
the system which contradict the rules imposed by BSE. Also, the user has the possibility to
modify the non-executed orders or to cancel them.
Launching a buying order is conditioned by the existence of cash in the account, and

How can I open a real trading account?
Opening a real account can be made easily on our website: www.romcapital.ro- Open real account. After you have registered
on the website, by adding your personal data, you will automatically receive the contract filled in electronically, together with
the application for the account opening and the schedules, which you will have to list in two copies and send them signed at
Romcapital's headquarters. An alternative for the website registration regarding the real account opening is a simple request

What is the minimum amount for opening a real account on StockHit trading platform and
what documents are required?
The minimum amount for opening a real account is 3.000 RON. The documents required for opening a real account are:
The contract in writing with all schedules and the opening account application – signed by the client
ID copy (individuals)
Copy of tax registration certificate, ORC ascertainment certificate, constitutional record, the latest annual financial
statements, empowering from Board of Directors for representation, copy of authorized ID (juridical entity)
Account statement showing customer's IBAN
How can I launch StockHit application?
Application lunch is made from Start/Programs/StockHit or from the icon (shortcut) on the desktop. StockHit System Login
window opens where the client must fill in his user and password to access the platform and then click the OK button. If the
connection with the server was established, it opens a window that informs you that the platform is loading with data from the
server. Depending on the internet speed line, data will be loaded in a range of 10 to 30 seconds.
If you fail to connect you should check:

If the connection is blocked by firewall applications (ports 44444, 44445, 44446 and 80 should be free)
How can I change the login and order password?
To change the login password you must access the login password window from the Edit menu. Considering the fact that when
opening the account, the customer receives the username and the password from SSIF Romcapital to access the platform, on the
first connection, the customer is obliged to change the password. The customer is also obliged to change the password every 30
calendar days. In this manner the customer will be notified when the 30 days have elapsed since last password change by
automatic opening of the window change login password.
To change the order password you must access the change order password window from the Edit menu. On the first connection
the customer is obliged to change the order password ( the default password is "changeme").
