11. Your team is required to work with BTV in all aspects of production. For instance, you can’t advertise something with BTV’s name on it without BTV’s knowledge. Also, you must keep BTV informed of the progress of your show---you will have a department production manager to refer to.
12. If BTV is not meeting quality standards of service, you will contact the BTV President of Production and President of BTV to inform them.
14. Your team is to encourage and facilitate individuals wishing to shadow the production process, and to, if at all possible, allow the shadowers to operate some equipment.
16. Your team is to notify the btv-release team of planning for a premiere, and will work with BTV Publicity and Marketing for us to consult and assist in room booking, co-publicity,
17. BTV will make every effort to give equal premiere resources and effort to every show, regardless of its content, to the extent that BTV and a production team can strategize effectively. Some shows may be asked to co-premiere, if they have close release dates.
19. You may have your own website, but BTV will have one week of exclusive airtime on the browntv.org website for one week before your team can air it online.
20. BTV will have an online release date negotiated, and whether or not it is successfully release on that date, the seven day countdown starts for the shows to have their own online release.
21. The (episodes/website) must have a visible statement to the effect of “Also watch ___________ at www.browntv.org” (and/or) “watch more BTV shows at www.browntv.org!”
22. The BTV release team will coordinate online release with the show.
23. Both websites must visibly advertise each other.
