3. LJUBLJANA
LJUBLJANA, THE CAPITAL OF SLOVENIA
Both the residents of Ljubljana and numerous visitors say that Ljubljana is
a city made to man's measure. Classified as a medium-sized European
city, it offers all the friendliness of a small town and at the same time
everything that a capital should offer.
The old city centre has a unique architectural appearance, particularly due
to its mixture of Baroque and Art Nouveau architecture with masterful
creations by the 20th century architect Jože Plecnik.

BOAT TOUR ON LJUBLJANICA
You will discover Ljubljana with different angle by a ride on boat tour.
Numerous bridges, monuments and colourful facades will be unveil all
along the cruise on the river, far from the background noise but still in
city centre. You will pick up the boat in historical part of the town. The
cruise will bring you from the Dragon Bridge to the Plecnik’s works
(Triple Bridge, Shoemaker Bridge, Trnovo Stairs…).

7. KRANJSKA GORA
KRANJSKA GORA
A summer and winter tourist resort in northwestern Slovenia near the
borders with Austria and Italy, Kranjska Gora touches Triglav National Park
to the south. The imposing peaks of the Julian Alps, the vast forests
stretching from Mojstrana to Rateče, and the ski areas among them attract
hikers, alpinists, bicyclists, and skiers.
As the romantic Alpine valley becomes covered with snow, Kranjska Gora
turns into a winter fairy tale for sports devotees and all those who like to
enjoy nature and good company during the cold months.
In wintertime, Kranjska Gora offers sports, fun and delightful social life.

Right at the bottom of the ski slopes is the sopcalled “snow beach”. There
are wooden terraces with its 100 seats and a wonderful view of the Vitranc
slope. We will prepare the simple yeat delicieous barbecue lunch for you.
The smell of home-made goodies in the finish arena will lure you to the
“beach”. In the cold winter days, you be warmed up by the sun and the
heaters, enjoying your home-made treats served in earthenware and
beautiful views.

10. OPTION: NIGHT TOBOGGANING IN GOZD MARTULJEK
NIGHT TOBOGGANING
All ages can enjoy tobogganing on the paths and roads of Kranjska Gora.
You can choose between daytime rides which will show you the snowy
mountain peaks or night rides where you and your friends return to the
valley by torch lighted ways. From the hotel guides will take you in vehicles
to the top of specially prepared sledging routes.

In the beautiful north-western corner of Slovenia, the lakeside resort of
Bled nestles amidst dense pine forests, surrounded by the dramatic
snow-capped Julian Alps. The beautiful lake features the tiny wooded
island ‘Maria of the Lake’, which is crowned by an idyllic baroque church
amidst its glittering blue waters. …
We will have lunch in one of the popular restaurants in Bled.

14. VISIT OF BLED CASTLE
BLED CASTLE
Perched atop a steep cliff rising 130 meters above the glacial Lake Bled
is a symbol of Bled and Slovenia – Bled Castle. The image of the castle
forming a dramatic backdrop to the romantic island and the church.
Castle terraces offer spectacular views of the lake and the island, over
to the mountain ranges.
