Disruptive Innovation Methods
•   Disruptive innovation is capable of making the breakthroughs we badly
    need in the next few decades. We find approaches to the emergentive
    creativity required for such breakthroughs in approaches such as ‘’Social
    sculpture’’ . This enables us to transcend one size fits all templates of
    management and efficiency with cases from culture and art affording an
    innovative and practical opportunity for a truly open and creative
    management experience. Art at work gives rise to a social process where
    people communicate, exchange, and connect the new ways that will be
    much in demand in future business.

    Social sculpture evolves out of traditions and revitalizes communities into
    making playful jumps, taught, trained and coached by the kind of aesthetic
    leadership that today is in demand far beyond the borders of the fine arts.

    increasingly appreciated in business and industry, is not a matter of

Recombination of the Old to Create Fresh Interpretations and Innovative
Breakthroughs

A virtuoso knows how to reshape a familiar existing theme into a fresh and surprising
idea. The virtuosity within our grasp is not about creating something absolutely new; it is
rather about creating interesting interpretations. Instead of looking at innovation from a
"newness"-perspective, we focus on how the shaping of new values rests upon
interpretation and repositioning of old traditions, processes which are ever present in
European cultural landscapes.

Creativity = Capital

Creativity and art--when discovered and interpreted by the public as a social resource-
has become a dynamic factor in economic value-creation, Value-added, which once
focused on products and processes, is increasingly about 'performances‘ and
‘experiences’. When spectators and onlookers play the central part, goods and services
become secondary bonuses or sideshows.

Economists need to conceive of management as valuing 'performance' as central to
business as it has always been to cultural production. New (meaning) value-making,
design and concrete art-business projects fuelled by rich European and global culture are
one of the key catalysts of a second Renaissance culture.
