  Objective: This course therefore attempts to help nurture student’s faith that there is
  order in the Business Policy. That Organisational reaction is not a chaotic chance of
  affair, that within limits, it is predictable, Knowledge and skillful diagnosis of
  Organisational behavior, Study of Consumer Behaviour can help us to become more
  realistic, more understanding , and in turn, more productive
