2. American slavery The English descendants America made trades with some tribes of the Africans to enslave some of the other tribes for trade of guns and food.
3. What human rights where taking away from the Africans? Slavery was a big issue for the African because it abused many human rights and it also killed hundreds of African’s that had done nothing to the Americans.

One of the main human rights that were abused is Article 4 of the UDHR No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms. African’s were taken from there tribes and had no choice but to be captive thus taking away the human right of Article 4.

The African slaves were shot, killed, drowned, whip and tortured so that they were made to respect the White men.

The Africans were no aloud to be Christian or believe in any religion.
7. Why were the African’s enslaved? The first reason why the Africans were enslaved was because they need laborers to build and to do jobs that no one else would do. Then they were being enslaved as slaves and to clean houses and to cook, clean and do anything there masters said to. Africans were enslaved because the other tribes would enslave them for low prices and not much food.
8. How were the Africans enslaved? First the Americans set up trading posts with some of the African tribes. They would trade small amounts of food and guns in trade for the tribes to go and capture other men from different tribes and then enslave them. The African were tied up and thrown in the cargo hold in boats and were shipped back to America where they were made slaves.
9. How were the Africans enslaved? They voyage back to America was harsh and many Africans died. The conditions that the Africans had to live in was unlivable they were in the cargo holds and chained to one another, they were given minimal food which they had to fight over and were tortured. If a baby was born on the ship it usually died as the conditions of living was to harsh for a new born baby.
