Lake Home 2 nd Story Addition Lake Geneva, WI Existing Lakeside View Proposed Lakeside Elevation My clients requested a second story addition to their year round cottage in order to make it their full time residence. I achieved this by designing the exterior to add rustic charm; redesigning the floor plan, moving the rooms they spent the most time in to the front to maximize lake views; all while maintaining the amenities of their previous home.

5. Farmhouse Addition/Renovation Gurnee, IL Before Views This 100 year old Four Square Farmhouse lacked the space and functionality for a modern day family of four. A two story addition, as well as a renovation of the entire interior space was done. Among the changes were the additions of a Master Suite, Second Floor Laundry, Kitchen/Great Room with a remarkable stone fireplace, and of course the traditional front porch. Front Elevation (After)

7. Residence, 2 Story Addition & Renovation Lake Villa, IL This existing 1 ½ Story home had one large open concept room on the first floor and only one bedroom and bathroom on the second. The entire floor plan was reworked, and a full two story addition added two more bedrooms and bathrooms. Site Development, Semi-Custom Home Sites* Northbrook, IL This site development project was originated in conjunction with a large General Contracting firm offering various new home sites with a number of home plan options. I created the Master Plan based on several previous designs; determining what plan options were available for each site, plan or reverse plan based on lot restrictions and pre-determined driveway locations. 23. Round Lake Community Church Renovation Round Lake, IL All renovations are challenging, especially when it comes to a 75 year old church that is a benchmark of a community. First and foremost, a new Front Entry was designed to make the existing sanctuary handicap accessible. To accommodate a growing congregation and expanding services, a Nursery/Daycare, Conference Room, accessible Bathrooms, and a Warming Kitchen and Fellowship Hall that can seat up to 160 people were added. Martini & Wine Lounge Build-out Richmond, IL Front Views (Before & After) This project was a very special one; I worked very closely with the Owner on every aspect of this Build-out, from the construction drawings to the Opening Night Celebration. This extremely rough space was transformed into a 1940’s Period Martini Lounge. All the furnishings were custom designed and fabricated including the built-in seating, stage, and the showpiece bar. Tentative budgets for build out costs and FF&E were used against anticipated income determined from occupancy levels to establish overall profitability.
