The JISC Repositories Take-up and Embedding Project (JISCrte) aims to improve institutional services that rely on repositories by enabling the adoption of lessons, tools, and best practices from successful repository applications. The project includes several sub-projects at specific universities, such as NECTAR at the University of Northampton and DORA at De Montfort University, to help embed repositories in their services. It also creates a Repository Self-assessment Toolkit to help other institutions evaluate their own repositories.
