Team contest runs 10/10/2011 through 11/18/2011 Objective: To support improving productivity, Sell and Save and Promoting others while improving team building.  The team at the end of the contest closest to the finish line, with the most points wins the  big  prize.  Prizes:  First Place = $50 gift card  Second Place= $25 gift card  Third Place= $10 gift card $5 for Best decorated race car

[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],3 points will be given to each team that has accomplished 100% Sell and Save participation within their group by the end of the contest.
By the end of each week each team can earn 7 points and by the end of the contest your team can earn 42 points. A grand total of 45 points provided that all members of your team has submitted their Sell and Saves by contest end.
How the teams were picked We have chosen team captains. The criteria for picking the captains *Display leadership qualities (top performer, rising star, elite.) The team captains will be the motivators. Their job is to get the rest of the team to the ultimate goal….the finish line. Everyone’s effort to help cross the finish line first.
Meet the Teams  The teams are broken down into Jobs. The driver, the mechanic and the refueler. Just as all members of a pit crew contribute crossing the finish line first, all member’s efforts will contribute to winning the contest.                         Rasheeda, Jill, Laura Melanie, Trina & Pauline Melissa, Edna & Rocki Debbie, Stacey & Suzanne Todd, Rose & Becky
Team CaptianTodd  Crew: Rose & Becky This teams strengths: Only team with a male, cool, collected Expert in ASIS, Meeting coordinator   Inspirational Quote sender. Expert in Quotes/Renewals    Special Occasions coordinating, Expert in State Reporting. **This team stays calm under pressure, but do not test their  patience. This team is famous for delivering bad news in a good way. The captain was overheard telling another team,” I don't want to  be raining on your parade ... but I got to tell you that was some of t he dumbest driving I have ever seen in my life.”
Team Captain Debbie Crew: Suzanne, Stacey This teams strength: Technical help, Expert in Preps/New business uploads,  Conscientious, Helpful listener, Expert in  Massachusetts, Solid, knowledgeable resource Expert in audit process This team has won several awards and the winning as made  them a tad bit arrogant. When our interviewer asked them How they planned on winning the race, we were given an ear full. Interviewer: “ How do you plan to win the other race?” Member from team Debbie : “here's the deal, I'm the best there  is, plain and simple, I mean I wake up every morning and I kiss  excellence, and nobody can hang with my stuff, uh, you know  I'm just a, just a big hairy American winning machine, you ain't  first, you're last, you know, what I'm talking about?”
Team Captain: Melanie Crew: Pauline, Trina  This teams Strength Motivated, builds relationships Expert in Claims Follow Up,   Business minded, dependable, Expert in New Business and overdue reply, Focused/consistent/driven, Expert in Acquisitions/Inet This team has a lot of experience and is not afraid to speak their mind. Our interviewer asked one member of the team if they ever feel bad bout the language they use on the track. This is the response we were given Team member from Team Melanie : “I say with all due respect!” .. Interviewer : “That doesn't mean you get to say whatever you want to say.” Team member from Team Melanie: “S ure as heck does, its in the Geneva Convention, look it up!”
Team Captain Melissa Crew Edna Rocki This teams strength :Diversity/Inclusion liaison, creativity, 5 Car expertise, Team Ice keeper/overtime queen, Team Comedian/Overtime queen Expert in Indexing/Claims Fup *This team is known to do a lot of trash talking on the trash. But word off the track, “they are all bark and no bite.”
Team Captain Rasheeda Crew: Jill, Laura This  team’s strength:  Promoting others  Expert in Excel, PPT, Word, Diversity/Inclusion liaison, creativity, Determined/positive team player Expert in POP When asked their strategy to win the race, all they had to say, “Was shake and bake.” The interviewer was overheard telling her editor, she thinks they may have a substance abuse problem.

2011 September Team Contest

  1. The additional point for members completing the Sell and Save initiative will not be added to your score until the last member has submitted one.
  2. You do not earn extra points for additional sell & saves or promoters however we do encourage doing more than the required amount of 1 per month.(Who knows, that extra Sell & Save may earn you an extra prize in the category alone.
