We express our deep gratitude to the Almighty Allah who created and nurture of in this
transitory world. We also express my gratitude to Him for giving me an opportunity to do this
assignment successfully, under our BBA program.
We are grateful to our faculty honorable teacher Mr. Md. Maniruzzaman, Department of
Marketing, Bangladesh University of Business & Technology. His sincere guidance, untiring
cooperation, valuable advice and endless inspiration enabled us to overcome the entire problem
during the course of our study and preparation of this report.
We are very thankful to Mr. Mashiur Rahman, the Manager of Mohakhali Branch of Dutch-
Bangla Bank Ltd. who has given me all the necessary information and suggestion. I also want to
express my gratitude to Mr. Mafijul Islam, my thesis advisor, without his supervision, help and
valuable suggestion it would not be impossible for me to complete my thesis.

Bangla Bank, of Mohakhali branch Dhaka. All of the supportive bodies closer to this working
