This the reply I got from the PIO of Kerala SIC to an application seeking info on the status of some of my 2nd appeals under the RTI Act. Some of the appeals are of 2009 vintage and the reply by the PIO is dated 19/5/2014. And just a cursory look at the number of 'missing' appeals and the number of appeals in which only report from FAA called for will give you an idea of the rot that is the Kerala SIC! Of course there are also many cases where decisions have been taken but not intimated to the appellant!
