4. 1. Project planning, implementation step finalization.
Study the market competition, demand analysis, project scope analysis, costing, proposal
preparation and selection of proposal.
2. Workshop Site Acquisition.
Site search, selection & final approval, legal and environmental acknowledgment for the
construction
3. Workshop design analysis.
Designing at the departmental level, front office, service bay, stockyard, action service room,
service parking, customer waiting room, water supply and distribution, waste disposal. This is
followed by the costing analysis and design blueprint formation and approval phase
4. Contract formulation and selection (for construction)
The tender for the contract of construction is formulated and circulated in the market. After
receiving bids the best offer is selected and approved from higher management. The advance is
disbursed and the go-ahead is given to start the construction process
5. 5. Materials sourcing and procurement.
Costing for the materials required is done in consultation with the contractor as per the
blueprint prepared in the preceding phase. The vendors are selected post analysis in terms of
cost and quality. A material dispatch and receipt update system is commissioned to keep a track
of deliveries on a periodic basis
6. Equipment procurement and installation.
The technical equipments required for servicing as well as computer machinery for better
management is procured and installed in various departments. Furniture for front office and
customer waiting lounge is also procured and commissioned.
7. Employee/technician sourcing, hiring and training.
The approval from HR is taken and relevant jobs are posted in local newspapers etc. Shortlisting
is done, interviews conducted and final selections are made. Induction and training is
conducted for the new joinees and they are finally deployed on the job.

Heavy and Light repair work: Includes all the major & minor repairs like
collision repair, leak detections, steel & aluminium fabrications, hydraulic
repairs etc
Component Repair: Diagnosis, overhaul, repairing, tuning, maintenance, testing
and replacement of components; other preventive maintenance measures
Wheel Balancing and alignment: Precise and efficient wheel balancing that
enhances mileage and reduces wear and tear of the tures
Vehicle washing and cleaning: Both interior and exterior washing and cleaning
and other rust proof underbody coating services
Service and maintenance: Routine vehicle check-up at regular intervals to
ensure the safety, reliability, drivability and longevity of the vehicle
Action Service catering to off road vehicles at distances: 24 x 7 road repair
assistance which is very frequent in case of long running vehicles, especially on
major highways.
