You’ve heard it before – location, location, location. Make sure your customers can find you

fight to find parking. In today’s business world, the right location goes farther than where your
physical business is located. Make sure that your presence on the internet is also good. You want
to rank well in the search engines and bring targeted traffic to your website. It’s a good idea to

4. Listen to Your Customers
No matter what your business you are dependent on customers/clients, which means you need to
listen to them. Don’t be too quick to get rid of a customer or client. Listen to what they are
