Happy Mother’s Day
Happy Mother’s Day 2015
Today I just want to take a minute and wish all of the moms out there a very Happy Mother’s Day. This is usually a
day filled with many emotions. I am extremely lucky as I have a wonderful mom who has always supported me in all
that I have done. She has always encouraged me to keep going and cautioned me when she did not feel the things
that I was doing would end up being the best things for me. There have been many times in my life when I would
have listened to my mom more, but I feel that I have learned from each and every one of those experiences.
My mom has had many struggles of her own and has always faced these challenges head on. I always tell her it’s
because she has Greek blood in her. Watching how she has dealt with her challenges, I have learned how to deal
with many of the ones that I have been faced with. I love you mom!
I also am lucky enough to have a wonderful step mom that has always been there when needed. She has seen me
as I have gone through many good times and some not so good times. She also has been a great supporter and
even though she never had children of her own, she has treated me and my brother as one of her own from the very
beginning.
I am also lucky enough to have a great mother in law that is the ultimate in mama bears. I can only imagine what was
going through her mind the first time I met her. Here I was an older guy who was divorced with kids wanting to date
her daughter. She accepted me and my kids and treats us not different than her own children.

2. To my wife who is such a loving and caring mother, not only to our daughter, but also to her “bonus” kids as she likes
to call them. Thank you for loving me, the children, and being such a great mommy. Things have not been the easiest
I know with all the different schedules and stuff, but you have done all things with such love and grace and I can
never thank you enough.
To my ex-wife, I thank you. Things may not have worked out for us, but without you there would be no Forrest, Capri,
and Kennedy and I cannot imagine life without them. I wish you the happiest of mother days and blessings for all the
days of your life.
So to all of the moms in my life, I thank you and I love you all. To all of my friends that are moms, I pray that your day
is full of blessings and joy.
Make sure that you tell your mom that you love her today. If your mom is no longer with you on this earth, do not
worry, she is watching and listening. Take a moment and tell your mom you love her in the comments below.
