At GPS we select, recruit, train, develop and retain skilled international human capital in
order to contribute to strengthen Saipem human asset.
Our company is as a Human Resources Center of Excellence for the development of
HR processes that combine the business peculiarities with the evolution of the market.
GPS provides tailored solutions to specific human resources needs in order to support
Saipem worldwide operational activities rooted in the Oil & Gas Service Industry.
At GPS we select, recruit, train, develop and retain skilled international human capital in
order to contribute to strengthen Saipem human asset. Through the hiring of
international personnel deployed on Saipem worldwide projects, we also endeavor to
increase the value of the local contexts where the company operates through the
knowledge transfer of skillful resources of different nationalities, cultures and

• Selection and hire of international human resources assigned to Engineering & Construction
activities (onshore and offshore) as well as Drilling operations (onshore and offshore), in
compliance with the Client’s operational needs;
• Management of recruitment and staffing processes ranging from single openings to
complete project teams, on a worldwide basis;
• Coordination, logistics and supervision of technical and safety trainings for all Saipem
companies in different domain of expertise;
• Organization of selection campaigns;
• Contract administration and payroll;
• Provision of professional and commercial services as required by Saipem.

The Portal eFesto Saipem has as its objective the collection of on-line
Curricula Vitae of professional "experts" in the areas of interest to the
business Saipem.
Through this portal Saipem select competent and motivated, ready to put
in game talent and skills, consolindando its leadership in the world of 'Oil &
Gas.
Saipem is a group organized in three business units - Offshore,
Onshore and Drilling - with a strong bias towards oil & gas in deep
waters in remote areas of the world. With more than 30,000 people of
over 100 nationalities. Saipem is a leader in the provision of
engineering, procurement, project management and construction
services with distinctive capabilities in the design and execution of
offshore and onshore too high technological content such as gas
monetization and heavy oil exploitation.
