9. As I began to try and uncover the source of my lethargy I suspected it might have so mething to d o with the copious amounts of ju nk food I ingested everyday. So, I tried e ating real food. Su ch as, tuna salad with blue c orn chips and mushro om soup, tortellini's cooked in olive oil with compari tomatoes , and marinated artichoke hearts, butternut squash soup with whole wheat bagels topped with soy pepper jack cheese, and Boca burgers with roasted red pepper h ummus. Not surprisingly these foods did produce a spike in my energy levels and were also very tasty. I can only conclude that my hesitance to cook before was a result of my laziness, a catch-22 of sorts.
