- 3. Previously • Teachers completed self assessment twice a year • Reflections/evidence in written format only • Emailed to Principal • Syndicate/Team leaders no access • Used at Appraisal time as discussion document
- 4. • Principal then gathered evidence to support RTC from teacher self appraisals,observations, planning checks etc.

- 8. Our • To experiment using an online format for RTC Purpose • To allow selected people to view the portfolio (ensuring privacy) • To update throughout the year (ideally 2x a term) • To allow for a richer tapestry & different ways of a teacher evidencing achievement (other than only written)
