 My name is Christopher M. Quigley, one of
  the founders of Wealthbuilder.ie.

 Our mission is to educate you how to
  become a successful trader & investor as
  quickly as possible.
 The central concept behind the success of
  Wealthbuilder.ie is focus. This focus brings
  simplicity. Simplicity leads to ease of learning and
  confidence in execution. Confidence in execution
  leads to profit: yours.

 We avoid complexity as it usually indicates lack of
  comprehension and experience on behalf of
  educators.
 The founders of the company have between them
  over twenty five years of investment and trading
  experience and our business objective is to pass
  on this knowledge to you in as efficient a manner
  as possible, at the least cost.

 This is why we have developed our popular one
  day training course and our highly successful 40
  hour, one-to-one, trading mentoring programme.
 Investment success requires work and

 Investment success does require some
  equity capital but the most important thing
  required is strategy with successful
  judgement and execution .

 The Momentum Strategy
The Value Strategy
 This approach uses fundamental analysis to find
  excellent companies that are undervalued.

 We then use technical analysis to time your entry
  and exit points.



 Time required: 2-3 hours per week
The Pension Strategy
 This method is ideal for those who wish to save
  into a pension portfolio over a long period of time.

 Prime companies are identified based on financial
  strength, growth and dividend policy.

 Timing is not an issue due to our long term saving
  approach based on dollar cost averaging.

 Time required:        1 hour per week
The Momentum Strategy
 This style of investment trading is best
  suited to those who wish to be more actively
  engaged in the markets. This strategy
  pinpoints those companies that are most
  favoured to go long and least favoured to go
  short.


 Time required:         2-3 hours per day
Online Trading
 At Wealthbuilder.ie we teach you all aspects
  of using an online discount broker or CFD
  provider. This module covers:
 Opening an account
 Placing a Buy/Sell order
 Using Sell stops
 Shorting Stocks
 Account Administration
Money Management
 The first rule of investment survival is capital
  protection.

 At Wealthbuilder.ie we teach you 12 simple
  money management rules to protect your
  seed capital.
 To succesfully use the material presented
  by Wealthbuilder.ie takes discipline and
  application but above all time & patience.
Learning
 Time is important because learning takes
  place in the following sequence:

   Unconscious Incompetence
   Conscious Incompetence
   Conscious Competence
   Unconscious Competence

 Unconscious skill learning of any kind is
  accomplished through knowledge; then by
  actual trial and actual error, mentally
  correcting your aim after an error, until you
  obtain a successful attitude and effective
  performance. After that, further learning and
  continued success are accomplished by
  forgetting past errors, and remembering the
  successful responses.
Time & Compounding
 Taking the time get investment
  performance right is important when you
  understand the relevance of margin and
  compounding.
 Most online brokerage firms offer at least
  100% margin, which means you can work
  with twice your capital.
 Consistent above average growth, coupled
  with margin, is the key to becoming wealthy.
Time & Compounding
 Most Irish pension funds do not let
  compounding work for you because they
  are badly managed and over the last 10
  years the average annual return was a
  minus 2%.
 Thus, in Ireland, on average, if you invested
  25K, after 10 years, that fund would be
  worth 20K !!!.

  • 3.  Welcome and thank you for visiting the Wealthbuilder.ie website.  My name is Christopher M. Quigley, one of the founders of Wealthbuilder.ie.  Our mission is to educate you how to become a successful trader & investor as quickly as possible.
  • 4.  The central concept behind the success of Wealthbuilder.ie is focus. This focus brings simplicity. Simplicity leads to ease of learning and confidence in execution. Confidence in execution leads to profit: yours.  We avoid complexity as it usually indicates lack of comprehension and experience on behalf of educators.
  • 5.  The founders of the company have between them over twenty five years of investment and trading experience and our business objective is to pass on this knowledge to you in as efficient a manner as possible, at the least cost.  This is why we have developed our popular one day training course and our highly successful 40 hour, one-to-one, trading mentoring programme.

  • 17. The Value Strategy  This approach uses fundamental analysis to find excellent companies that are undervalued.  We then use technical analysis to time your entry and exit points.  Time required: 2-3 hours per week

The Pension Strategy  This method is ideal for those who wish to save into a pension portfolio over a long period of time.  Prime companies are identified based on financial strength, growth and dividend policy.  Timing is not an issue due to our long term saving approach based on dollar cost averaging.  Time required: 1 hour per week
  • 19. The Momentum Strategy  This style of investment trading is best suited to those who wish to be more actively engaged in the markets. This strategy pinpoints those companies that are most favoured to go long and least favoured to go short.  Time required: 2-3 hours per day
  • 20. Online Trading  At Wealthbuilder.ie we teach you all aspects of using an online discount broker or CFD provider. This module covers:  Opening an account  Placing a Buy/Sell order  Using Sell stops  Shorting Stocks  Account Administration
  • 21. Money Management  The first rule of investment survival is capital protection.  At Wealthbuilder.ie we teach you 12 simple money management rules to protect your seed capital.

Time & Compounding  Taking the time get investment performance right is important when you understand the relevance of margin and compounding.  Most online brokerage firms offer at least 100% margin, which means you can work with twice your capital.  Consistent above average growth, coupled with margin, is the key to becoming wealthy.
  • 26. Time & Compounding  Most Irish pension funds do not let compounding work for you because they are badly managed and over the last 10 years the average annual return was a minus 2%.  Thus, in Ireland, on average, if you invested 25K, after 10 years, that fund would be worth 20K !!!.
