11. Meshkov’s House – Perm’s Regional Museum Nicolay Meshkov bought the ruins of this house in 1885 (it was burnt in 1842). The house was rebuilt by a young architect Turchevich in a modern style. Soon it became the face of the city for people who travel along the river on steamboats. In 2008 the house was given to Perm’s Regional Museum.
