2. Hello everyone!
So I have recently been talking to a lot of you about
balancing work and college especially when exams
are on, and what I could gather from all these
conversations is that what's currently holding you
back from giving your 100% is you not being able to
prioritize between what's urgent and important.
When my team started as Astitva all we had an
extremely strong purpose of evolving AIESEC
Kolkata to what it deserves to be. I truly believe the
love for this entity above selfish reasons and ego is
what has driven us to do everything that we are
doing today and of course the journey has not been
easy. In fact it has been extremely hard with a
highest highs and the lowest lows but we never lost
focus as a team and because of that today I am sure,
that AIESEC Kolkata is ready to deliver the biggest
summer ever in each and every programme and I am
extremely confident of that. DOING and WORKING is
above everything else. We all face issues, but to
deliver professionally is something you cannot
compromise on and you need to ensure that that is
team effort and culture you build in your teams. I
truly believe, focus to deliver is essential and will
never be affected by anything at all if your purpose
to deliver is your entity.

4. OGCDP
Hey AIESEC,
Greetings from oGCDP Department. This week we successfully matched 5 of our
EPs to various projects in different countries. The department is also looking
forward to the Matching Mania from 22nd-24th of April, and social media
promotions for the same are in full flow.
Also, on Sunday 21st April, the department is going to organize an EPIC which is
an induction seminar for the EPs and will be attended by their parents also. The
department is working hard towards the success of this event, which will, in turn,
help us in getting more raises.

5. IGCDP
Greetings from the iGCDP department. Congratulations to the new
management body of Quarter 2 and all the best to all of them. The department
is already done with it's Manager's training. We are mainly concentrating on
matching till the upcoming week. We are attending all the Matching Mania's
possible to get quick matches. Also, the department is excited and are looking
forward to a great recruitment.

This has been a really busy week, as every member from the department is
contributing towards the recruitments for Q2, in synergy with other exchange
support portfolios. The OC for same has been announced- Congratulations!
Expansion teams for Q2 are being tracked.

Heritage Group Of Institutes. The last week has been full with preparation for recruitment and we

Greetings from the IM department! The Matching Mania
was successfully made and promoted. Also, posters for
recruitments have been designed and for promotions.
Posters were designed for oGIP and facebook promotions
have begun for the same. The IM department would also
like to wish everyone All the best for their exams!

and everyone not completely being able to contribute
