Although there are many local
customers, the business thrives on
tourists buying Native American
goods and art.
It’s location in downtown, Rapid City
is an asset to the business. Prairie
Edge not only gets the walk-by traffic,
but many people will go out of their
way to shop there because of the
atmosphere of the store.

Play It Again Sports
is located on
Lacrosse St. in Rapid
City - just North of E.
North St.
It specializes in pre-
owned exercise and
sports equipment.

Play It Again Sports’ location has a
positive effect on it’s business.
Although it appears to be the only
retailer in Rapid City that buys and
sells pre-owned exercise and sports
equipment, if it was located far on
the West side of rapid City it would
effect the business somewhat
negatively.
