This document provides 16 steps to update an e-speakers profile. It instructs the user to log in to their e-speakers account and complete or update various profile sections like personal information, photo, expertise, biography, programs, websites, career, and fees. It notes that completing all information will result in a marketing score of 50% maximum, and that upgrading the account can increase this score. The full update process ensures the e-speakers profile is accurately reflected on the linked GSF profile as well.
1. Updating of e-speakers profile
Step 1: Visit www.espeakers.com
Step 2: Click on Customer Login as per screen below
2. Step 3: Please enter your username and password as given to you by e-speakers.
Please note that this is not the password you used to login to our previous
website with – this password was sent directly from e-speakers to your email
account.
If you have lost this password – please send an email to
admin@psasouthernafrica.co.za requesting your e-speakers login details.
Please note that I cannot change your password or give it to you as e-speakers
runs separately from our website system. I will login to the admin part of the e-
speakers website and request that your login details get sent to you – this will
happen almost immediately – so please look out for an email from e-speakers
and not from me.
Step 4: Once you have entered you have entered your username and password,
please click on the green login button.

4. Step 5: Once you log in you will be taken to the screen below where you must
choose the Profile and Marketing Option by clicking on it.
5. Step 6: You will then be directed to the page as seen below.

7. Step 7: Start the update process by clicking on the “Your Profile” button as
highlighted below.
8. Step 8: Start by the clicking on “My Profile” as seen below – the screen will
expand to your right and you can complete the required fields. Once y have
completed the entire page (don’t forget to scroll down) you must click on the
SAVE button at the bottom of the page.
10. Step 9: Click on the next tab “Profile Photo” – then click or photos, then choose
file and once you have chosen the correct file by browsing through your pictures,
once again click SAVE
11. Step 10: Click on the next tab labelled “Expertise” – this is where you choose your
field/s of expertise to be shown on your profile. Once complete, click on SAVE.
12. Step 11: Click on the following tab labelled “Biography”. Complete your bio and
click on SAVE.
13. Step 12: Click on the following tab labelled “Programs”. This is where you get to
upload what your program is all about and what it consists out of. Start by clicking
on ADD. Add the correct info and then click on APPLY. (see screen below

15. Step 13: Once you have added all your programs – click on SAVE as screen below.
Note – You can upload 6 programs onto your profile.
16. Step 14: Click on the tab labelled “Websites”. Add your website as well as your
main media page and click SAVE. See screen below.
17. Step 15: Click on the tab labelled “Career”. Please only choose applicable options.
Thereafter, click on SAVE.
18. Step 16: Click on final tab labelled “Fees” as per screen below. Please note that the
fees are quoted in US $, so make sure that you do not mistakenly add $10 000
instead of $ 1000. Once done, please click on SAVE.
20. Please note that your profile Marketing Score will not show higher than 50%, once
you have updated all the needed info – this % only increases when you upgrade
your e-speakers account to a paid for version on your own account.
You have now successfully updated your e-speakers profile and this will
automatically reflect on your GSF profile as well.
