More About The Two Consortiums
Both consortiums are owned by Malaysia Khazanah Nasional and
Singapore Temasek Holdings, with stake-holdings of 60:40 in
M+S and 50:50 in Pulau Indah
M + S is dedicated to the Singapore's works of four land parcels
in Marina South and two in Ophir-Rochor.
Thus two imposing figures are scheduled to grace the
Singapore's skyline in 2017 when Marina One in Marina South
and DUO in Ophir-Rochor are completed.

DUO in Ophir-Rochor
DUO in Ophir-Rochor is expected to be launched for sale in
November.

With Ophir-Rochor earmarked as the growth corridor and
northern gateway to the prime business and financial district in
Raffles Place and Marina Bay, the DUO is an exciting integrated
project with residences, offices, retail spaces and a five-star
hotel.

Really It Is A Prestigious Project
Award-winning architect Ole Scheeren and major construction
firm, Japanese Obayashi Corporation, will design and construct
the building.
Envisioned as a twin tower with curved facades, it will present
sleek clean lines against the blue sky.
It was awarded a silver in the “Best Futura Project” category at
MIPIM Asia Awards 2012, a green mark platinum for its office
and retail components and a green mark gold plus for its
residential and hotel.

Occupying a 99-year tenure 287,269.63 sq ft land parcel, the
DUO is adjacent to Bugis MRT Station and will seamlessly
connect to the station, which will form a key transport artery to
many parts of the island.
Now the station is part of the east-west line but by roughly
December 2013 the first stage of the Downtown line will be
ready for operation and commuters can then hop onto a train at
Bugis and head straight to the city.

DUO itself will house 660 posh apartments in 49 floors, 21
storeys of Grade-A offices, a 5-star hotel and about 80,000 sq ft
of retail space.
The residences will cover the gamut from studio apartments to
penthouses.


Various types of Unites
There will be 343 units of one-bedder of various types ranging in
sizes between 420 sq ft and 730 sq ft.
The number of units dwindle with apartment size. For the twobedroom units (805 sq ft - 1,225 sq ft) 218 are available.
On the spacious end of the scale, the units available fall to
double digits.
For 3-bedder (1,475 sq ft – 1,720 sq ft), only 59 units are up for
grabs; 34 for 4-bedroom units (1,870 sq ft – 1,945 sq ft) and
finally six penthouses (2,450 sq ft – 4,345 sq ft).

surrounding areas.
While residents will have no lack of facilities with DUO's strategic
