        HR people have different agendas to Hiring Managers
•         Corporate age profiles: too many young or old people, or people age gaps?
•         Pension deficits: delayed by hiring more young people
•         Union and workforce agreements: how much more leverage do existing employees
          have over new hires? Is there a large retraining package available to reduce
          redundancy and hence reduce external hiring?
•         New strategic projects: while the Job Description may state a particular 5/8
          competencies, a new project coming down the line may want additional or different
          skills. Hence the priority of vetting changes

          might not to Human Resources!
7.        Although you may get on like best friends with Human Resources, you might
