The Vision for Trinity
1.
2. “Then Jesus came to them and said, “All
authority in heaven and on earth has been
given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of
all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you. And surely I am with you
always, to the very end of the age.”
- Matthew 28: 18 - 20
5. Through fellowship in Word and Sacrament, the
members of Trinity know God’s love for His
Church. Namely, that Jesus has come to bring
salvation from sin, death and the power of the
devil. God calls each and every on of us to be
witnesses of His love to others…
6. Jesus’ love for us inspires us to reach out into our
community. Just as the Gospel transcends the
boundaries of social standing and culture, the
members of Trinity seek, with God’s help, to be a
reflection of the rich cultural diversity of our
neighborhood.
7. The love of God in Christ Jesus is a love that
unites us together as a body of believers
thankful for the gift of salvation. We do not see
ourselves as individuals, but as brothers and
sisters united by the bond of faith and members
of God’s family.
8. And they devoted themselves to the Apostles’
teaching and to the fellowship, the breaking of
bread, and to prayer.
-Acts 2:42
