should be changing your diet. Fish and Eggs are something

foods, you are on your way to reaching your goal. It is very

help you stay in good health. I have been in your

they bad for your health, but they will in no means help
you get a six pack. Pasta, Pizza and other foods which
contain hydrogenated fats and oils, are something else to
avoid. I have seen many of my friends eat these
foods, because they cannot seem to not eat them, but my
advice was to not buy them in the first place.
8. If you can be determined and focused on getting a six
pack, then I see no reason why you cannot see positive
results in just a week. It is easy to implement and very
affordable, because it is all basic healthy food, and most of
it is not branded. Take it from me, these are just a couple
of the foods to eat to get a six pack, and there are many
more.
9. If you are serious about building a six pack, then you have
to stay focused. A great tip someone once told me was, "If
you don't have the junk foods in your house, you are less
likely to cheat". How true, and I have remembered that
from the day this person told me.
