In my total career I did both salaried and freelance job. I have deep feeling in – how to
work within a team and how work under pressure, keeping deadlines, team discussion
and joy of a good team work. And In freelancing job I learned a lot of things like –
taking brief directly from client, understanding client’s opinion and choice, Visualizing,
art direction, design to final output etc. I got opportunity for lots of variety of works.
Experience:
I have total 13 years experience in illustration, design and animation related work. In this
time I worked for two years as a permanent artist. From 2007 to 2009 I worked in Intrasoft
Technology Limited, Kolkata. And rest of the year I am involved in freelancing. As freelance
designer I worked for lots of prestigious clients in India and abroad. I worked for prestigious
clients like - BBC one, Harmony Celebrate age magazine, Unilever, Margherita comics,
Delhi Press, Patra Bharati Publication, Dey’s Publication, Mitro and Ghosh publication,
Artikel, Emerging minds, Rising Tide, Mon Foundation, Stage Fusion theatre Group, Galpo
Bali shono and lot more. I did some projects those are directly from writers – among them
children’s books, comics, greetings, poster, paintings, portrait, cartoon, caricatures,
animation are there.
Skill: I have good skill in mainly three areas – Illustration, Graphic Design and 2d
Animation.
As an Illustrator I have outstanding skill in book cover design, child book illustration,
illustration for eBook, comics’ illustration, cartoon, caricature, realistic / semi realistic
illustration, character drawing, digital painting, background painting, illustrated brochure and

As a graphic designer I can handle project of any kind of visual design for web and print
media.
As an animator I have outstanding skill in 2d animation. I know flash animation and cell
based animation. I have outstanding skill in story telling and I can make storyboard from
script. I have outstanding skill in character drawing and animate them. To see my

use pen tablet for digital drawing and illustration.
