my talk is about the way e-Learning is currently implemented in education. Dutch scientist, Posthumus: education is lagging behind (technological) developments in society approximately 15 years. What are the underlying causes? Can we overcome this gap? Causes are diverse Involves more than simply the link between researchers and teachers.
