25. There are two way of additional road, vertically or horrizontally. Vertically means adding public transportation such as underground MRT or monorail. Horizontally means widen the road. public transportation must be punctual. So people may predict the time and not ruining their schedule. We can give the drivers reward for being punctual. We also need to increase the quality of public transportation so people may feel comfortable using it. After the public transportation have been improved, then we can apply the new regulation for lessen the private vehicle simultaneously. I dream Jakarta has a three layers flyover like in Bangkok, Thailand. Bangkok is the most jammed city, but it solved with the three layers flyover.
