2. Keep Your Spirits Up!
I once hired a man who had been struck by lightning
twice. In two separate places and at two separate times.
When he interviewed with me it was the 130th interview
he’d had in his search.
He cried when I told him he had the job.
I did too!
He got the job because he never gave up.
He worked for that company for 11 years before moving
on to something even better.

3. Rejection is a two edged
sword...
Every rejection is a learning opportunity
If you let it be ...
What can you do better?
Will you take the time to really figure out
what went wrong?
And can you learn from that.

4. Every Company Needs
You
In a lot of cases it’s a right place/right time
question...
But as the job market opens up this is changing.
and that’s happening now!
For the first time in well over a year we are
feeling pressure to move more quickly on our
hiring.
Now is the time to reinvigorate your search.

5. Every Interview is #1
My pastor, Dave Roberts, frequently says
that “God has no plan B. Just another plan
A.” That’s an important thing to keep in mind
- no matter what your faith.
If one plan A goes away ... make another.
and another and another and another
Remember where we started. Nothing
matters more than Perseverance.

6. And One Last Thing
You have value.
You are the best fit for some position.
You are able to contribute
Young or old, rich or poor.
You have value.
