12/4/2011- 1hr Brainstormed on what type of African
dishes to make. Searched the internet
for information on product.
12/10/2011- 2hrs Went to the store and bought
ingredients. Also put everything in
place to make the dishes.
12/25/2011- 5hrs Went to my facilitator’s house, began
creating the product. Took the first 6
pictures. Did not quite finish product
yet. Brainstormed also on what desert
to create. Went to the store for
ingredients.
2/5/2012- 5hrs Went to facilitator’s house, finished
my product.
Did the “finishing touches” and
2/20/2012- 2hrs
designs on my product(s). Took the last
6 pictures. Finished writing and
preparing for my speech.
Commentary:
Product was pretty simple but there
were some problems as well. Facilitator
helped a lot and guided as I went
through the process.
