Given the Factor-C therefore, the other two, 2 are determined automatically.The Business Environment, EB determines the efficiency with which the factor-C is converted into ROI. Thus the more lucrative the environment, the more closely the above relationship is approximated. Then organizations would be valued according to their capacity to turn the factor-C into ROI. This would be a measure of the effectiveness of their Strategy. We have conceptualized strategy as the way organizations Position themselves, to take advantage of the Opportunities that are available in the environment. This would be evident in the expression of their Capabilities, in Vision, Mission, and the choice of Objectives. It clogs the wheel of the performance at task. The object of this work is to define the clog, and show how it can be removed.
