Our one day intensive White Belt Certification program is a course allowing corporate
executives to understand the underlying concepts, methods and tools needed for Lean Six
Sigma deployment. These individuals will gain a solid understanding of the Lean Six Sigma
methodology and how it can be applied to various projects. Each attendee will be required to
take a 30-minute examination at the conclusion of the course to make sure they have a working
knowledge of the information provided. After completion of the course, they will receive their
Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification.
