popular tradition is the siesta, where shops
and businesses close from around 2pm until
5pm while restaurants close from about 4pm
until about 8 or 9pm traditionally to escape
the heat. Another is bull fighting, a sport
where matadors try to kill a bull using a cape
to lure it in and attack it in a large stadium.
