Project Office Status Tool
In an effort to enhance communication concerning the Technology-Related Portfolio
of Projects, the Project Office will be providing a high-level status to project team
members, project champions and Technology Steering Committee members twice a
month.
                       On                                   Project
                                 Minor to Major Issues
                       Track                                Jeopardy




The purpose of this tool is to give project team members and the key decision
makers adequate time to plan and adjust for any issues or challenges that may
arise during implementation. This will ensure that established milestones are met
“on time” and “on budget” as defined in the project plan.

As a Project Office recommendation, each team should investigate changes in their
status especially for those teams that are within 60 days of a Go-Live date.
