4. Inclusion of Avance and PDG Realty’s stake
in Brasil Brokers
PDG Realty transferred jointly with the remaining partners of Avance Negócios
transferred,
Imobiliários S.A., 99.9% of Avance shares to Brasil Brokers.
Avance is a real estate brokerage company focused on the sale of units to the mid and
mid low segments,
mid-low segments which has exclusivity rights over the sales of units of Goldfarb
Incorporações e Construções S/A in the cities where it holds relevant stakes.
PDG Realty will hold approximately 14.5% of Brasil Brokers, already considering the stake
received by the Company as a result of the transfer of the Avance stake.
The transfer of Avance and PDG Realty’s final stake in Brasil Brokers are subject to
changes as a result of the IPO.

launch and brokerage segments in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro. The company has
around 320 brokers and 28 employees.

Based in Niteroi, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Patrimóvel was founded in 1999, as a real estate
broker selling new launches, mainly residential projects for the mid-high, mid-low and economic
PATRIMÓVEL NITERÓI segments. It currently the real estate sales leader in Niteroi and has 151 brokers and 40
employees.
Gribel is based in Belo Horizonte, in the state of Minas Gerais and was founded in 2004 as a
broker for the sale of residential real estate launches in the high, mid-high, mid-low and
economic segments. It has a sales force of 80 brokers and 8 employees.

Brito & Amoedo is headquartered in Salvador, in the state of Bahia. It was founded in 2004 as a
broker for real estate launches, mainly residential developments for the high, mid-high, mid-low
and economic segments. It has 193 brokers and 10 employees.
Founded in 2005 and based in São Paulo, i.Price brokers focuses on the sale of real estate
launches, mainly residential developments in the mid-high, mid-low and economic segments. In
the first half of 2007, it was ranked as the fifth largest real estate broker in the state of São Paulo,
operating in the ABCD satellite cities, Osasco, Campinas and Taboão da Serra. It has an
experienced sales force of 339 broker s and 40 employees.
Del Forte Planejamento e Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda. began operations in 2004 as a
realtor in the high, mid-high and mid-low residential segments. It also has extensive experience in

projects for the economic segment. All of its activities are focused on new developments.
Currently it has a sales force of 250 brokers and 60 employees.
Based in São Paulo with a branch in Campinas, Avance was founded in 2005 as an exclusive
broker for Goldfarb Incorporações e Construções S/A, handling the sale of real estate launches
mainly in the economic segment. It is currently the third largest realtor in the state of São Paulo in
terms of number of launches and of units launched. Avance currently has 114 brokers and 34
employees.
