Subjects – Here is helpful informa6on about the ques6ons and picture you are sending in for the group session. The individual may be living or
may have transi6oned, but please specify. Send the following informa6on to sanlarson@gmail.com as soon as possible.

3. Guidelines for Call (Cont’d)
Sharing your intui6ve hits with the group
i. Share the raw informa6on without trying to interpret the meaning
ii. Boil it down to the essence of what you receive, not the background story
iii. Hold it ‘lightly’ and let go of your concern about being right or wrong
iv. Find a way to say everything with love and kindness
v. We share our perspec6ve, but we don’t give advice
vi. If you get an intui6ve hit during the week, share it on the IIT Meet Up Discussion Board.
1. Because we all have a choice, avoid the following phrases:
a. you should
b. you must
c. you have to
2. Here are some gentler ways to give feedback
a. you might consider
b. here’s my experience or perspec6ve
c. trust your (SIGS), but here’s is my intui6ve hit
d. I’m not a_ached to being right about this, but here’s my intui6ve hit
Sharing your feedback with the group when you are the subject
i. Listen carefully to the feedback
ii. Take good notes
iii. If you have 6me, go back and listen to the recorded call
iv. Focus on the posi6ve hits
v. Avoid saying things like, “No that’s wrong or no that’s not true.”
vi. Give your feedback kindly, gently and with love. Remember everyone is risking and being brave in sharing their intui6ve hits. Your kindness
makes each of us feel safe to share
vii. If someone sends you an intui6ve hit on the IIT Meet Up discussion board, do your best to respond in a 6mely manner even if it is with a
simple ‘thank you’ (It is my request that new topics and ques6ons always ini6ate with the tele‐conferencing call.)

4. Sulli
(Doni)
I am going to submit the questions for my
"God-dog", Sulli. Sulli doesn't live with me,
however I spend time with her almost daily
and am kind of a co-owner in that I make
sure she is getting medical care as it is
needed and I take care of her if her mom has
to be away. I have a tattoo on my left arm of
a paw print for each dog I have had either in
the past (the ones at the bridge) or currently
share my home with. Sulli is the only dog
that has not lived with me that I have a paw
print for.
1. What was your life like before you came to live with your mom?
2. Of all of the treats you regularly get, what is your favorite treat?
3. Would you like to have another dog live with you?
4. What can we do to help you feel more at peace with all the people that come to
your mom's house?
5. How can we make your life better?

1. I know you don't like it when I pick you up, and that you are high-strung and nervous sometimes.
Does it make it better for you when we talk about it first?
2. Is there anything else I can do to "prepare you" for the times when I have to pick your body up?
3. Do you understand that I don't automatically give myself the right to do what I want with you,
just because you are smaller than I am? I respect your individuality.
4. Are you going to grow out of this stage you are in, where you think it's fun to pick fights with the
older boys, or is that a part of your personality?
5. Do you like it when I sing "your song" to you?

He is an 8 yr old lab/akita mix. He is a young soul that lives in the moment and is sensitive to energy
around him.
1.How do you feel better lately since you have been getting the drops?
2.What did you do to your body yesterday that made you limp?
3.Do you sense different energy from Bull (my most senior dog)? If so how do you feel about that?

He is a 12 year old spaniel mix.

3.Does your Mom need to have the circle family talk soon? If so, can it be in a week or so?
