claim area that has the 2014 Junior Pan American Championships sign. The volunteer

The Hilton Daytona Beach is across the street from the Ocean Center (competition and
training venue).
Accreditation and Delegation Services:
Each delegation must come to the Registration office in room 101A at the Ocean Center
to receive accreditation. At this time all expenses must be paid and the Head of
Delegation will receive all the information concerning the Junior Pan American
Championships. All competitors and officials are required to wear the accreditations at
all times. The accreditation must be shown for access to the warm-up and competition
areas. The accreditation is personal, non transferable and compulsory to control the
access to training and competition.
The Head of Delegation must provide the following at the Registration office:
1. Verify accommodations
2. Pay any outstanding monies owed
3. Verify the names of their delegation
4. Present the FIG License of all competitors for control of nationality and age.
Competitors who do not have a license will not be allowed to compete. The fee to
verify a gymnast’s license with the FIG is $20 US.
5. Present passports of all the participating athletes and judges.
6. Present proof of insurance for members of their delegation.
a. If any member of the delegation does not have the insurance. They must
purchase insurance from the organizing committee for $15 per
person/per day.
7. Difficulty Forms for Rhythmic athletes.
8. Music for Rhythmic athletes.
4. Insurance:
The Host Federation, the LOC and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities
in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations
foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own
arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents
and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation.
The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover
note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members with insufficient insurance
coverage must inform the LOC in advance.

Farewell Party:
The Farewell Party will be Sunday, May 11th at the Hilton Daytona Beach, Band Shell
from 7:30pm – 10:00pm. Only people who participated in the accommodation package
can attend. If you would like to purchase an additional farewell party ticket, you can
purchase them at the registration office through Wednesday, May 7th. The cost is $25
per person.

For the Youth Olympic Games qualification, the age eligibility is 15 (born 1999) for
Rhythmic and 16-17 (born 1997-1998) for Trampoline.
All athletes must have a valid FIG license
FIG Licenses:
All competitors are required to have a valid license issued by the FIG. The license must
be presented at accreditation.
6. Rhythmic Music
At registration delegations must provide the Organizing Committee one (1) set of CDs
with the music of each gymnast. Only one (1) piece of music per CD allowed. CD must
be labeled with country code, athlete name and apparatus.
Judges:
Judges must have a current FIG brevet otherwise they will not be allowed to judge.
The Judges meeting will take place as listed below. The Judges meeting is compulsory.
Judges who do not participate in the appropriate meeting will not be allowed to judge.
For Trampoline, DD judges will receive the competition cards immediately following the
Orientation meeting.
