Delegation Meals:
For those who booked the accommodation package with meals with the Organizing
Committee, all meals will be served at the Hilton Daytona Beach hotel.
Meal Times:
Breakfast: 7:00am – 10:00am
Lunch: 11:00am – 2:00 pm
Dinner: 7:00pm – 10:00pm

May 7 – May 10: Grand Ballroom – North Tower - Lobby level

If you are participating in the meal plan, you must have your credential with you at all
meals.
Transportation:
For those participating in the accommodations package only, airport
transfers from the Orlando (MCO) or Daytona Beach (DAB) airports only will be provided.
Orlando (MCO) Arrivals:
After picking up your bags at baggage claim, please proceed to the booth located in
Terminal A, next to baggage claim 5/6 it will have a 2014 Junior Pan American
Championships sign. The volunteer will direct you to the transportation to the Hilton
Daytona Beach hotel. If you run into any travel delays or issues, please text or call

Daytona Beach (DAB) Arrivals:
After picking up your bags at baggage claim, please proceed to the table next to baggage
claim area that has the 2014 Junior Pan American Championships sign. The volunteer
will direct you to the transportation to the Hilton hotel. If you run into any travel delays
or issues, please text or call 317.529.1230.
The Hilton Daytona Beach is across the street from the Ocean Center (competition and
training venue).
Accreditation and Delegation Services:
Each delegation must come to the Registration office in room 101A at the Ocean Center
to receive accreditation. At this time all expenses must be paid and the Head of
Delegation will receive all the information concerning the Junior Pan American
Championships. All competitors and officials are required to wear the accreditations at
all times. The accreditation must be shown for access to the warm-up and competition
areas. The accreditation is personal, non transferable and compulsory to control the
access to training and competition.
The Head of Delegation must provide the following at the Registration office:
1. Verify accommodations
2. Pay any outstanding monies owed
3. Verify the names of their delegation
4. Present the FIG License of all competitors for control of nationality and age.
Competitors who do not have a license will not be allowed to compete. The fee to
verify a gymnast’s license with the FIG is $20 US.
5. Present passports of all the participating athletes and judges.
6. Present proof of insurance for members of their delegation.
a. If any member of the delegation does not have the insurance. They must
purchase insurance from the organizing committee for $15 per
person/per day.
7. Difficulty Forms for Rhythmic athletes.
8. Music for Rhythmic athletes.
Insurance:
The Host Federation, the LOC and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities
in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations
foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own
arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents
and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation.
The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover
note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members with insufficient insurance
coverage must inform the LOC in advance.
Marketing:
FIG advertising and publicity norms must be respected.

Medical Services:
Certified Athletic Trainers will be at all training and competition sessions.
Farewell Party:
The Farewell Party will be Sunday, May 11th at the Hilton Daytona Beach, Band Shell
from 7:30pm – 10:00pm. Only people who participated in the accommodation package
can attend. If you would like to purchase an additional farewell party ticket, you can
purchase them at the registration office through Wednesday, May 7th. The cost is $25
per person.

The event will be organized under the following FIG rules, as valid in the year of the
event, except for any deviation mentioned in these directives:

• General Judges’ Rules
• Specific Judges’ Rules

• License rules (except for non competitive events)
• Media Rules
• Apparatus Norms
• FIG Rules for Sanctioning (approval) of International Events
• Advertising and Publicity Rules
• For the Youth Olympic Games qualification, FIG junior rules will be applied.
And subsequent decisions of the FIG Executive Committee
Competition Cards – TRA:
The Head of Delegation will receive the competition cards during accreditation.
Competition cards are due at the orientation meeting on May 8th at 5:30pm.
Difficulty Forms – RG:
The Difficulty Forms are due at the time of accreditation.
Order of Passage for Competition Forms – TRA & RG:
The Order of Passage for Competition forms must be turned in at the respective
orientation meetings on May 8th.

Rhythmic:

Trampoline:

Invited Federations:
Gymnasts from PAGU affiliated federations in good standing with the FIG and PAGU may
participate.
Age Limits:
Rhythmic: Junior (13 – 15) in 2014
Trampoline: Junior (13-17) in 2014
For the Youth Olympic Games qualification, the age eligibility is 15 (born 1999) for
Rhythmic and 16-17 (born 1997-1998) for Trampoline.
All athletes must have a valid FIG license
FIG Licenses:
All competitors are required to have a valid license issued by the FIG. The license must
be presented at accreditation.
Rhythmic Music
At registration delegations must provide the Organizing Committee one (1) set of CDs
with the music of each gymnast. Only one (1) piece of music per CD allowed. CD must
be labeled with country code, athlete name and apparatus.
Judges:
Judges must have a current FIG brevet otherwise they will not be allowed to judge.
The Judges meeting will take place as listed below. The Judges meeting is compulsory.
Judges who do not participate in the appropriate meeting will not be allowed to judge.
For Trampoline, DD judges will receive the competition cards immediately following the
Orientation meeting.
RG Judges Meetings and draw:

• Saturday, May 10th: 3:30pm – 4:15pm
• Sunday, May 11th: 3:30pm – 4:15pm
TRA Judges Meetings:

Competition Venue: Ocean Center 101 North Atlantic Avenue Daytona Beach, Florida 32118 International Gymnastics Federation: Nikolai Makarov (RUS) FIG Trampoline Technical Director Isabelle de Cossio (FRA) FIG Rhythmic Technical Director Pan American Gymnastics Union: Stephan Duchesne PAGU Trampoline Technical Committee Paula Gergo PAGU Rhythmic Technical Committee Accommodations: For those who booked the accommodation package with the Organizing Committee, below is the hotel information: Hilton Daytona Beach 100 North Atlantic Avenue Daytona Beach, FL 32118 (386) 254 – 8200 Delegation Meals: For those who booked the accommodation package with meals with the Organizing Committee, all meals will be served at the Hilton Daytona Beach hotel. Meal Times: Breakfast: 7:00am – 10:00am Lunch: 11:00am – 2:00 pm Dinner: 7:00pm – 10:00pm Meal Locations: May 7 – May 10: Grand Ballroom – North Tower - Lobby level May 11 – May 12 – Coquina Ballroom – North Tower – Third Floor If you are participating in the meal plan, you must have your credential with you at all meals.
  • 3. Transportation: For those participating in the accommodations package only, airport transfers from the Orlando (MCO) or Daytona Beach (DAB) airports only will be provided. Orlando (MCO) Arrivals: After picking up your bags at baggage claim, please proceed to the booth located in Terminal A, next to baggage claim 5/6 it will have a 2014 Junior Pan American Championships sign. The volunteer will direct you to the transportation to the Hilton Daytona Beach hotel. If you run into any travel delays or issues, please text or call 317.529.1230.   Daytona Beach (DAB) Arrivals: After picking up your bags at baggage claim, please proceed to the table next to baggage claim area that has the 2014 Junior Pan American Championships sign. The volunteer will direct you to the transportation to the Hilton hotel. If you run into any travel delays or issues, please text or call 317.529.1230. The Hilton Daytona Beach is across the street from the Ocean Center (competition and training venue). Accreditation and Delegation Services: Each delegation must come to the Registration office in room 101A at the Ocean Center to receive accreditation. At this time all expenses must be paid and the Head of Delegation will receive all the information concerning the Junior Pan American Championships. All competitors and officials are required to wear the accreditations at all times. The accreditation must be shown for access to the warm-up and competition areas. The accreditation is personal, non transferable and compulsory to control the access to training and competition. The Head of Delegation must provide the following at the Registration office: 1. Verify accommodations 2. Pay any outstanding monies owed 3. Verify the names of their delegation 4. Present the FIG License of all competitors for control of nationality and age. Competitors who do not have a license will not be allowed to compete. The fee to verify a gymnast’s license with the FIG is $20 US. 5. Present passports of all the participating athletes and judges. 6. Present proof of insurance for members of their delegation. a. If any member of the delegation does not have the insurance. They must purchase insurance from the organizing committee for $15 per person/per day. 7. Difficulty Forms for Rhythmic athletes. 8. Music for Rhythmic athletes.
  • 4. Insurance: The Host Federation, the LOC and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members with insufficient insurance coverage must inform the LOC in advance. Marketing: FIG advertising and publicity norms must be respected. Media: Leslie King – Media Officer, 132 E. If you would like to purchase an additional farewell party ticket, you can purchase them at the registration office through Wednesday, May 7th. The cost is $25 per person. International Elite Rhythmic Floor System 432-379 Rules & Regulations: The event will be organized under the following FIG rules, as valid in the year of the event, except for any deviation mentioned in these directives: • Statutes • Technical Regulations • Code of Points and relevant Newsletters • General Judges’ Rules • Specific Judges’ Rules • Doping Control • License rules (except for non competitive events)
  • 5. • Media Rules • Apparatus Norms • FIG Rules for Sanctioning (approval) of International Events • Advertising and Publicity Rules • For the Youth Olympic Games qualification, FIG junior rules will be applied. And subsequent decisions of the FIG Executive Committee Competition Cards – TRA: The Head of Delegation will receive the competition cards during accreditation. Competition cards are due at the orientation meeting on May 8th at 5:30pm. Difficulty Forms – RG: The Difficulty Forms are due at the time of accreditation. Order of Passage for Competition Forms – TRA & RG: The Order of Passage for Competition forms must be turned in at the respective orientation meetings on May 8th. Orientation Meeting: Rhythmic: • May 8: 7:30pm – 8:00pm • Location: Ocean Center, 102A Trampoline: • May 8: 5:30pm – 6:00pm • Location: Ocean Center, 102A • Competition Cards are due at this meeting. Invited Federations: Gymnasts from PAGU affiliated federations in good standing with the FIG and PAGU may participate. Age Limits: Rhythmic: Junior (13 – 15) in 2014 Trampoline: Junior (13-17) in 2014 For the Youth Olympic Games qualification, the age eligibility is 15 (born 1999) for Rhythmic and 16-17 (born 1997-1998) for Trampoline. All athletes must have a valid FIG license FIG Licenses: All competitors are required to have a valid license issued by the FIG. The license must be presented at accreditation.
  • 6. Rhythmic Music At registration delegations must provide the Organizing Committee one (1) set of CDs with the music of each gymnast. Only one (1) piece of music per CD allowed. CD must be labeled with country code, athlete name and apparatus. Judges: Judges must have a current FIG brevet otherwise they will not be allowed to judge. The Judges meeting will take place as listed below. The Judges meeting is compulsory. Judges who do not participate in the appropriate meeting will not be allowed to judge. For Trampoline, DD judges will receive the competition cards immediately following the Orientation meeting.
