Yes, I would like _______ study guide(s) at $14.00 each
Starting Sunday, September 22nd, a new
Ladies Sunday School Class will begin!
This all new study explores the story around Gideon,
about God and His people – His love for them, as well as His
strength operating in spite of, even through, their weakness.
Gideon emerged as Israel’s hero, filled with God’s presence
and His passion for deliverance.
This all-women’s class will encourage us to recognize
our weakness as the key that the Lord gives us to unlock the
full experience of His strength in our life. If you’ve ever felt
insufficient, ill-equipped, incompetent, or outnumbered, this
study is for you.
This is a DVD led format with a study guide for the
teaching session notes and 5 days worth of personal reflec-
tions and questions. One week we will watch the DVD and
the next, we will discuss the study guide questions that
accompany that DVD session. This study will take 13 weeks
to complete, ending on December 15.
The cost of the study guide is $14.00. If you have
any questions, please see Ria Nieboer.
Tear off and place in offering plate
Women’s Class -- Gideon (see details in
bulletin) -- Sept. 22 - Dec. 15
Many Christians believe they can’t understand the Bible without the interpretation
of theologians or pastors. But the Bible was written to ALL people -- including you --
and everyone can understand its message.
This two week combined adult class will help you understand how the Bible is
organized, how to effectively read the Bible, interpretation and look at various
tools for studying the Word of God for your own pleasure and growth.
Know what you believe and why! How is Mormonism different from Christianity?
What do Jehovah’s Witnesses actually believe about Jesus Christ? What is the
difference between Sunni and Shi’ite Muslims? You will learn about the most
common world religions and cults and how they compare to Christianity, and
discover what to say to a friend, neighbor or co-worker of another faith.
All Adults: Sept. 8 & 15
