1. Increase Licensing and Identification
2. Increase Spay/Neuter
3. Training, Physical Care, Socialization and
Medical for companion pets
4. Do not allow pets to become threat or
nuisance to the community
The outcome of a responsible pet owner
community will be a no more homeless pets
