Lucille Ball and her

me to get into the
industry myself.

Of course TV has completely changed in the
63 years since I Love Lucy debuted,
sometimes for the better
but sometimes for the worse.

Even in the 1970’s, Ball noticed

humor of the classic shows is my dream.

I watch these old shows and of course
present-day shows. Studying the differences
and similarities, I have a good idea of what
works and does not on TV.

I just want to create a show of my own to
honor and thank Lucille Ball and all of the
other TV pioneers. Without them, TV would
be completely different today.

Watching comedy today, it feels like the
shows were created just to put actors in work.
They go for the easy jokes which are not
always appropriate.

In the first comedy shows, they were
created to entertain and make people laugh
and feel good. There was a sense of fun
on these shows.

I want to make comedy
shows with this sense
of fun without anyone
worrying what kind of
jokes will be said.

my valuing family,
laughter and happiness.

TV changes the
world everyday.
Why not create
shows with
happiness and
family-friendly
content which is
rarely seen on
popular show
nowadays.

Not too many comedy shows are successful on
TV. I think it is time for a change in format.
Maybe taking a step back in time is what the
audience wants.
